What do you love most about your job?
At Oz Property, we enjoy the day to day contact with people and matching properties to the best tenants for long terms benefits.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Andreas, our Principal, had two clients that were sick of me working for other agencies and thus gave me a gift of $14000 to open my own agency in 2003. He is proud to say that without branding, the business was built on client referrals and repeat business.
Why should our clients choose you?
Andreas takes great pride in his work and likes to be incredibly thorough in terms of paperwork – particularly leases, inventories and condition reports, which means that in terms of Tenancy Disputes, our land lords are well covered.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We aim to show some tenants interstate via virtual inspections whenever its required. Otherwise our system is electronic and so processing payments and statements can also be completed remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Ensuring that all protocols in terms of sanitiser and the necessary precautions undertaken. We conduct private inspections and assist where we can in terms of showing property via virtual inspections. We are cautious in terms of ensuring that we ask anyone showing symptoms or feeling unwell to stay away until such time they are tested or recovered.
