Q&As

When you work in disability services, you have a profound impact on someone's life. You're providing care and support to someone who needs it most and helping them to become more independent and confident in their own abilities. Every day is a chance to do something different and make a difference

Over the past 15 years, I have worked in the community services sector, where I have made a real difference to the lives of others. The purpose of disability support providers is to provide individuals with personal care, physical and emotional support on a regular basis so that they are able to feel independent, confident, and part of their communities. Being able to make a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities is very rewarding to me.

OnTime Disability Support understands that people with disabilities have a unique set of challenges, this is why we put time and consistency into creating out of the box solutions to overcome these challenges. Our team of trained and qualified professionals actively work to help provide our participants and their loved one’s with solutions that facilitate growth with a compassionate approach.

Online and in-person support is provided by our support coordinators and Psychosocial Recovery Coaches

As businesses continue to operate under COVID-secure guidelines, it’s going to be crucial for your small business to maintain customer confidence.

Participants and their families are covered by a COVID19 emergency plan, while our employees are covered by a COVID19 emergency plan.

OnTime Disability Support assists with activities that build skills and support independence. This support provides the participants with experiences that aim to improve their ability to interact and participate in the community.

At OnTime Disability Support, Specialist Support Coordinators help you build capacity and allows you to use your NDIS plan best.

We Build independence and social skills with short stays away from home in a safe and supported setting. Previously known as respite care, Short Term Accommodation for adults is about working with you to learn new skills to live more independently.
Most people who stay in our short-term accommodation want to return repeatedly. Our short-term & mid-term stays homes are in Vic, Western, Northern and South East, Gold coast and Darwin .

Short-term accommodation is an excellent option if you want to live independently but don’t feel ready to make the big move just yet.
By spending short stays with us, you can:
- Learn skills and other services you might not acquire in a day program, at school or through in-home support, including living with others.
- Tailor your support plan to meet your needs, such as learning opportunities, one one recovery support, 24-hour support and social connection with others.
