MBXphys is friendly and professional. I highly recommend both Mitch and Josh as accredited exercise physiologists. They are highly knowledgeable in fitness and the musculoskeletal system. I have personally been training with them for 2 years for fitness and they have always assisted in reaching my goals. Have used Mitch as an exercise physiologist for some time now and he’s always reinvented and tweaked my programs perfectly to match the way my knee recovery has been progressing. His knowledge of different exercise techniques to use to reduce stress and load through a particular joint or badly part yet still get the required results is amazing.
