Cam is a rare and professional personal trainer. With a great sense of humour, I’ve valued his friendship and commitment to my overall health. He never made me do things that put me at risk of injury or beyond my capabilities. His understanding of body mechanics has allowed me to build my body back from the ground up. His work with me has been life changing and affected all aspects of my life and I’m truly grateful for his work with me.

The thought of engaging a personal trainer can possibly be a conundrum. Will I get value? Is it for me? Will there be a personal focus on my abilities and physical and mental health? I began training with Cameron in October 2005. His attention to detail and individual outcomes is what you’d hope for in training programs. Coupled with his loyalty, integrity and professionalism in our relationship, it has made for absolutely seamless and successful outcomes. I came to train with Cam after I had my son, I wanted to get back into shape and also wanted to address a couple niggly injuries. Q&As

Every new client will go through an array of assessments so we know exactly where you are currently at, and what specifically is needed to move you towards your goals.
A corrective exercise and stretching program is developed and usually followed for 4-6 weeks before progressing the program to get you closer to your goals.
My approach is to address muscle imbalances and injury rehabilitation first, so we have a solid foundation of movement before we move into more performance based training. This allows us to correct any muscle imbalances and to build a solid foundation of training and movement before we can move on to more progressive programs. This approach also limits risk of injury and makes sure we start each client in the right phase of training.

The secret to get the body of your dreams, you have to consider all facets of health. you have to consider the type of training needed, a nutrition plan that is suited for where you are at now, and even lifestyle factors need to be considered to really move the needle, things like your stress levels, your sleep quality, hormonal health, gut health and more.

And above all consistency and accountability is key. Making sure you are consistent and you have someone like me to keep you accountable and be able to tweak the program as we go to reduce plateaus and push you through to where you really want to be.

The most rewarding thing about what I do, is seeing a client come in with no idea what they need to do and not even knowing why they are, where they are. Then to gain the confidence and knowledge of what's been holding them back, what they need to do to achieve their goals and being in unity with their body and what it needs for them to be the healthiest fittest version of themselves. True self confidence and empowerment is doing what you know is right for you, not what an influencer is pushing or the latest trend going around.

I have been into fitness and sports my whole life and absolutely loved the way I felt looked and performed. I saw a lot of other people struggling with the way they felt and looked and realised I had something to offer.
I wanted to share what I have learned and experienced and to be able to guide someone to be able to experience the true feeling of health and wellness.

My bespoke service is truely unique in the way I approach training a client. I take into consideration the client, their lifestyle, their physical abilities, the whole lot to make sure the program they get is individualised to them and their current life. I keep my clients accountable, tweak and change their programs regularly so they can keep moving closer to their goals.

My services can be provided face to face or online. I currently work with both clients face to face and online. my online clients get everything my face to face clients get the only difference is my online clients are on the other side of our FaceTime calls.

In the gym's I work all standard are followed and all equipment is cleaned after every use. disinfectants and alcohol wipes are available to make the environment as clean and limit the exposure to covid 19 as possible.

My holistic coaching style encompasses 4 guiding principles:

I’ll assess your physical health to diagnose any muscle imbalances and then design a program of corrective stretches and goal-specific exercises to help you achieve your vision.

I help you overcome limiting beliefs
The mind is the most important factor in helping you achieve your dreams. I will teach you powerful tools in helping you nurture a healthy mind and help you gain clarity on your goals and values.

I provide you with nutritional tools to fuel your body
I offer personalised nutritional advise that fosters healthy hormonal and nervous systems, to help you live a balanced life.

Throughout my career I have guided 1000s of clients through injury rehabilitation. These injuries may have built up over time through incorrect training techniques, or they may have been accidental.

No matter how they arise, injuries can be detrimental to your physical and mental health so my goal with injury rehabilitation is to help correct any imbalances and reinforce correct technique so you can get back to living the life you love.

My Injury Rehabilitation programs involve a series of one-on-one sessions to re-teach you how to move and correct imbalances to get you back stronger than you were before the injury.

Bio-assessments are essential for injury rehabilitation to help us get a clearer picture of how your body is responding to treatment. I offer a range of assessments including:

- postural screening
- length/tension relationships
- movement screening
- core assessments, and
- organ functional screening (eg. hormonal, glandular)

My Injury Rehabilitation programs are suited to

- Anyone with any niggling pain or injuries (both sudden, and long-term)
- Anyone who just want to prevent any injuries and have their body more balanced and functioning as optimality as possible.

Finding an online program that aligns to your body’s specific needs can be challenging, which is why I have created a range of programs that align to different body types and specific health concerns.

The online programs have a strong focus on enhancing your physical and nutritional health with easy-to-follow strength exercises, cardio plans and simple (and tasty!) recipes to help fuel your body towards success.

All of my online program members have access to the Limitless Community Forum where you can meet with like-minded people for extra motivation and support. You will also get access to my Limitless Resource Library containing:

· research articles to help you understand the
scientific side of health and fitness, and

· Podcasts and book recommendations that
will help inform you so you can trust you
are on the right path

Throughout your program you will have optional opportunities for bio-assessments to help determine how you’re tracking and what may need to be adjusted in your program so you can stay on track.

For a nutritional plan to be beneficial and impactful it needs to address your needs as an individual.

As a NLP master practitioner and holistic coach with nutrition and lifestyle qualifications, I have a deep understanding of how our nutritional health impacts our physical and mental wellbeing.

Similarly to my physical training programs, my nutritional programs are always grounded in assessment and screening so we can get a good picture of what’s going on.

I have been teaching boxing and muay thai (kick boxing) for 20 years. I have trained fighters, begginers and everyone inbetween.
I have trained in Judo, boxing, muay thai, and MMA (mixed martial arts).

Brazilian Jui Jitsu at a national level
MMA at a national level
Muay Thai at a national level

State and national titles in BJJ
