I work with adults, children and teenagers who have issues with emotional dysregulation e.g. anxiety, anger problems, suppressing emotions. Relationship difficulties e.g. issues with friends, family members or partner, self-esteem or self-worth problems and boundary problems eg. people pleasing, can't say 'no'.

Lidia is an amazing therapist. She has a special expertise in parenting tips and supporting parents to show up the best way they can for their children. Lidia is able to bring in a good mix of understanding and deeper connections between how you are, where it came from and how things can change and also very practical actions and tips too.
