What inspired you to start your own business?
Starting my own commercial cleaning business was inspired by a desire to bring a higher standard of service to the industry. Early on, I saw that many businesses were dissatisfied with the cleaning services available—whether it was inconsistency in quality, lack of accountability, or poor customer service. I wanted to create a company that not only met but exceeded client expectations by offering reliable, professional, and customized cleaning solutions.
I was also inspired by the opportunity to build something sustainable, where my team and I could take real pride in our work. The idea of empowering cleaners as "owners" of their jobs, giving them financial stake and accountability, was a key motivation. I wanted to create a business where both clients and employees could thrive, and where every job was treated with the utmost care and attention.
Ultimately, my goal was to build a company that would stand out by offering more than just basic cleaning—it was about providing a service that clients could trust, depend on, and feel confident in, day after day.
