What do you love most about your job?
My passion has always been helping professionals unlock their potential and become better leaders. I've explored various career paths, all driven by a lifelong fascination with psychology and personal development. Now, as an executive coach, I witness firsthand the transformations that occur when clients gain clarity and insight. Seeing them pursue their goals, redesign their careers, and flourish in all facets of life is the ultimate reward.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been an accidental coach and mentor most of my professional life. As coaching evolved into a respected profession, I decided to retrain and credential as a certified coach to build my leadership capability. During a particularly stressful time in my career, I engaged an Executive Coach to help me get past the fear of starting my own business in my 50's so I could do what I loved at a pace to suit me. I have not looked back!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I carry hand sanitizer and a N95 mask with me at all times. I don't meet in person when I am feeling unwell.
