I help my clients achieve their fitness goals by taking a personalised approach to their training journey. Firstly, I hold a consult to understand the client and their current fitness level, goals, and any specific needs or limitations. From there, I design customised training programs that are tailored to their individual needs and preferences. From there, I provide ongoing support, motivation, and guidance throughout their fitness journey, ensuring they stay on track and make progress towards their goals. Whether it's through one-on-one training sessions, group classes, or online coaching, I'm dedicated to helping my clients achieve their desired results.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no 'secret' to getting the body of your dreams. At the end of the day, 'getting the body of your dreams' comes down to hard work and consistency. There are things that will get the job done but there is not one thing that would be considered 'the secret'.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is seeing the incredible transformations, physically and emotionally. It's truly rewarding to see my clients' behaviours and attitudes towards health and fitness undergo a positive shift as they progress on their journey. Seeing their newfound confidence, determination, and improved lifestyle choices is incredibly fulfilling and motivates me to continue making a difference in their lives every day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Starting my own business stemmed from a deep passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. I've always believed in the power of exercise, and wanted to create a service where I could put that into practice and make a meaningful impact on people's lives.
