I used Investorkit for a recent property purchase and have been more than satisfied with the service and outcome.

Adrian is a very sound strategist who is able to demonstrate the steps required to reach ones goals. He was also able to put my mind at ease by showing some of the locations which the purchase would likely be in given my budget and other properties in the portfolio.

Admittedly, it did take some time for properties to start coming through (on the upper end of the original range). However, this is a testament to the team who are willing to ensure that they secure the right property for the right price, rather than as quickly as possible so they can get their fee and move onto the next client. What really stood out to me was the level of due diligence which came with each presented property, everything which an investor could need to make an informed decision. They also went the extra mile and provided additional information (multiple insurance quotes) on my request.

A special mention to Max, who was able to leverage his relationships within the area source a deal, off market, to which we believe is 10% under recent comparable sales (not an inflated bank valuation to which many other competitors use). His dedication to clients and work ethic is second to none, taking phone calls after hours which is perfect for those busy professionals with tight schedules during business hours.

I came to InvestorKit to build upon an existing property portfolio, which I started three years ago using the services of another buyer's agency company. Having been through the process multiple times before, I was very impressed with the experience and very happy with my decision to work with InvestorKit instead of going back to the previous company.

We had a very thorough chat with Kit to start with to ascertain our goals and budget, as well as taking into consideration other factors around our lifestyle and general expenditure. The approach took a far more holistic approach to property investment than I had experienced prior. This felt very reassuring - not that I had doubts about property investing, but I appreciated that there was discussion about managing risk and balancing other goals and commitments with investing.

We were introduced to Max very shortly after, as we were fortunate enough to have had a suitable property presented to us. Max was incredibly knowledgeable, articulate, and responsive, addressing our questions swiftly. It was evident to us that he was passionate and experienced about property investment, and we were able add to our knowledge through his thorough and nuanced explanations.

We were also supported by Francis who kept us organised and in check with all the processes between exchanging contracts and settlement. The whole process was so smooth that it felt like the five weeks prior to settlement just sailed past, and that we didn't really have to do much work at all!
