At Intrinsic Connections, what I love most is witnessing the transformative power of holistic therapies in our clients' lives. It's incredibly fulfilling to be part of their journey towards better mental and physical well-being. Helping individuals achieve balance and vitality is the heart of what we do, and it's what I cherish most about my role here.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To have the ability to support people in need, I have life experience that has lead me to this work and I am very passionate about providing tools and skills to others.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In my counselling practice, safety is paramount. To protect clients during COVID-19, I transitioned to teletherapy sessions, maintaining confidentiality and offering flexible scheduling. When in-person sessions are necessary, strict sanitation measures, social distancing, and mask requirements are enforced to provide a secure and comfortable therapeutic environment. should you have any symptoms please stay at home and reschedule should your session be a face to face session .
