One on One Personal Training
Private sessions tailored to your strength, fitness, rehab or injury management goal. Maximum accountability and attention.
Semi Private Personal Training
Private training in a smaller group with individual programming and progression for your strength, fitness or rehab goal. Sessions available in peak training times; mornings, lunch times, after work.
Hybrid Training / Program Design and Coaching
For reasonably experienced, confident and self-motivated clients, we can assist you with designing and managing your program and training goals for strength, fitness and body composition. Combine this with a session or two each week for a hybrid training approach.
