From start to finish Gary was fantastic, he was easy to collaborate with, he arrived on time as arranged, and made my 70 th birthday 🎂 a night to remember. The band had a great variety of songs, they were professional and really nice guys.
I would recommend them to anybody who wants good dance music.

We used these guys for our rustic/country wedding. They fit the vibe perfectly and got everyone up dancing. Great value for money!

Where do I even start with the guys from Herding Katz! A benefit night was organised for a little 13 year old local redhead girl fighting leukaemia at NEX Newcastle in June, not only did the Herding Katz put on an AMAZING performance , they also went above and beyond to ensure the night was a success, from promoting the event, to seeking raffle prizes and donations for the night. Gary and the band were excellent to work with .. guiding and supportive throughout the entire process in the efforts of avoiding any stress. .
On the party day/night they were amazing not only with the challenging situation they had to work but with the
crowd. Loved the way they included the party goers to express themselves 😂

We hired Herding Kats for my husbands 40th. From the start of the booking process the communication was phenomenal! Gary kept in constant contact and made sure everything was what we wanted! The band turned up with so much equipment, the set up was incredible! The band was super interactive and had all our guests not only up and dancing but on the stage singing and playing with the band! We absolutely loved the energy and all our guests said how amazing they were! I would highly recommend for any occasion and we will be booking with herding kats again!! Wow! One week on and I am still revelling in memories from my 50th birthday party with Herding Katz performing! They were AWEOME! !! I am honestly trying to think of a reason to host another party soon, just to get them to play again. All my guests raved about the band, songs played and how great it was that they were so engaging of the crowd. Friends are already planning on booking them for their parties in the future.
Gary was so professional and friendly from first contact. We chatted about music genres and favourite bands, and straight away I knew they were exactly the band I was looking for. Good old pub sing-a-longs and rock classics from my youth. The band are a friendly group of guys who obviously enjoy music and performing. They had my young kids, party guests, myself, my hubby all up on stage at one time or another singing along or playing an instrument. No pressure, just fun!
I seriously had the best birthday ever dancing, singing and partying while the band played. I can not emphasis how much fun Herding Katz were and how awesome the night was! So many great memories. I can’t thank these guys enough for making my party the huge success it was. Can’t wait to see you guys again and rock on!
