I love seeing the change that happens in people over time, achieving the shifts they want, becoming happier and more fulfilled.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always liked to work with people, I like to manage my own schedule, keep my time flexible and it also provides more options with clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
Deep listening to my clients. Give the trust, space and practical Psychological and emotional tools for the day to day. I create with the client a step by step plan, with some tasks, that gives the client amazing empowerment. I see you as you are, where you can dive deeper to make the changes you want.

Yes, phone or video is available, they both work very well for counselling and Hypnotherapy. I can see clients face to face and I also just added a new service which is outdoors: it is called- " walk and talk "- a great way to have the structured conversation as well as getting the physical movement and the positive happy endorphins happening. We can have a chat or text about what may suit you best and go from there. These can also be mixed and matched according to what you want to achieve.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The space is maintained well, staying healthy, available online and on the phone if there are any issues arising.
