What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
The most important one is what problem are they looking to solve. Everything else is irrelevant if they can't answer this one succinctly and at least have personal experience or some social proof that it is a problem worth solving.
The next one would be what are the top three business outcomes expected from the first version of the product.
What do you love most about your job?
Working with a super talented team and creating simple but effective products that make users lives better. When this is achieved you then have a successful product that can accelerate your return on investment.
Creating successful custom software is a team game and that's why we value our client relationships above all else. With many of our clients still being with us since the early days of the app stores. We choose to work with inspiring clients who help us to achieve the best work possible for them and their product's users.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be able to have the freedom and choice to work with like-minded entrepreneurs and businesses who want to make a difference to their users and customers lives.

Our team are based in Australia and Europe and we perfected working efficiently and remotely way before lockdowns forced companies to adopt this model.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have increased our use of Zoom meetings and limit the number of face to face meetings we have, although we are not averse to meeting in person when we get the chance to meet up and discuss a project.
