How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
When health is low on one's values list, it may mean that other areas of life come first. Over time, if the body isn't being nourished, nurtured and cared for, energy levels decrease, brain function reduces and then it becomes very difficult to function in every day life; even to the point where relationships break down. If we leave it too long, illness and disorder will arise.
When you introduce small changes slowly to create healthy habits, the 'job' of taking care of yourself becomes easier and easier. Knowledge is power, so when you know and feel what your body needs each day, and understand why, staying healthy is your norm.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people go through the process of learning and understanding their bodies on a deep level, and coming back to me with excitement in their eyes because they feel brighter, more energised and confident. When people understand their body and how it operates at it's optimum level, they can deal with life efficiently because thier foundation is strong. I love watching people learn this about themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My passions include nutrition, health and well-being, helping people, and being of service. I love to connect with people on a deep level so sitting down with them, one-on-one, means that all of my passions are met, and I can visibly see the benefit and progress of the people I am helping. This is why starting my own business was a great choice; it means that I am doing what I love, and creating a livelihood for myself that is extremely satisfying.
Why should our clients choose you?
I will listen to what your problems are, and try and get to the bottom of them by finding the root cause of the illness or imbalance. Real food is so incredibly healing when treated with respect and awe, I love teaching people how to understand this on a deep level.
My passion for real, honest, true health means I don't cut corners or give quick fixes, I pride myself on making sure one's health is built from the ground up, this means it's long lasting and creates a feeling of strength and confidence.

Absolutely. I use Zoom calls to see clients very regularly if they're outside my local area. I have been set up to operate in such a way since 2018.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I use online consultations so that direct contact is limited if needed.
If people come to visit my home clinic and they are feeling unwell I will ask them to wear a mask, and we would both ensure our hands are clean. My home clinic is set up so that social distancing can be achieved.
Nutritional Consultation
We will go through the foods you are regularly eating to assess whether it is encouraging and promoting your health positively, or taking away from it.
You will receive education about which foods hold the most nutrients and help you thrive, not just survive.
You will learn how to create energy with food, and how to create the perfect day by balancing out and spacing meals and snacks so they support your every day activities. Recipes provided.
Not every food is made equal for every body, so you may be eating foods that you believe are healthy, but might not be healthy for you as an individual.
Work through health issues whilst understanding more about your body and how it operates optimally for you.
I cannot accept healthcare plans from the GP, but I can help you privately.
Meal Plans
This service will give you lots of new ideas about new meals and snacks to add into your weekly diet. They are all balanced with proteins, fats and carbs, with a variety of nutrients to also create a strong foundation.
The meal plans are usually drip fed slowly to help you integrate the new ideas into your lifestyle - why? Because it's difficult to live a normal full life whilst also learning a new way of eating at each meal, which takes a lot of focus and time.
So we would space out the consultations and move through one area each week; eg: breakfast first, then lunch, then snacks, then dinners (or whichever suits you).
This service can give you a great boost in confidence around choosing what to eat on a daily basis and not getting stuck in the rut of buying the same food and making the same meals each week.
Online Program (Live)
Detox Program:
This 8 week online program will kick off the very essential process of helping your body release excess toxins from every day life. This program is tailored to suit you and your body.
Each week, you will move through different stages and steps of eliminating certain foods and potential toxin-related substances, so that your organs and systems can operate as efficiently as possible. At the same time, you will be adding in highly nutrient-dense foods consistently to aid in the detoxification process during the program, and beyond. Recipes included.
Supplements provided targeting detoxification of general toxins and heavy metals.

This 6 week program allows you to fully understand what it takes to nourish and nurture your body, drive your whole system and create energy and vitality long term.

Many people often feel tired, lethargic, unhappy, foggy, inflamed and unproductive because they are nutrient-deficient; we simply do not get enough foods each day that keep us operating at a high level - and then, are we absorbing and digesting that food?
This program will go deep into your habits and routines and make sure you are educated about how you can feel energetic, focused, productive, sleep well, and experience mood stability. Talks + Seminars
I offer public and private seminars on a wide range of nutritional topics. This is a strength of mine and have carried out countless talks in my 10 years in business. This is a great way to educate people and help inspire them to see their health in a different way.
Retreat Catering
I have catered for multiple mini retreats of approx 3-5 days long, for between 8 and 25 people.

18-25 yr old Nutrition Basics
A program directly for young people who want to learn some basics around nutrition and keep the cost low.
Let's learn more about which foods feed your body and brain, which foods keep weight down, and which foods give you energy to move better, feel better, look better and work better.
Over 4 weeks, we meet online once per week to discuss immediate changes that can be made to improve your overall nutrition. You will receive education around specific topics that can really have an impact on your understanding of health and nutrition forever.
