What do you love most about your job?
We all have untapped potential. Seeing the personal growth in people and how it positively impacts their work, family and general outlook on life is what gives me goosebumps.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been coached in the past and knew it made a big difference to my interactions with people and my leadership potential. I love seeing people grow, become more comfortable in their roles and coaching with a professional organisation with proven programs was key.

Absolutely, we have coaches in most Australian states for faceto face engagements and I personally I work with clients across the globe via ZOOM or face to face when when based near Melbourne.

We have been working virtually for years, so Covid-19 has meant we just have to do more remotely!
