What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love to help people achieve their health and well-being goals. As we are a registered NDIS company, it's particularly rewarding to help everyone exercise.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've had a long career as a Physiotherapist and pharmaceutical/marketing and medical communications professional. I started this business to make sure anyone can do exercise to achieve their health and wellness goals.
Why should our clients choose you?
My background as a Physiotherapist allows me to help you navigate appropriate exercises as you recover from an injury or if you are experiencing arthritis. I’ve spent considerable time working with women who are perimenopausal and post menopause to help them in their health and wellness journey. In addition, I am extremely approachable, personable and want to help you achieve your health and well-being goals.

Yes. I can arrange on-line Personal Training sessions if you are traveling and not able to train face-to-face.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If required, I will wear a mask while training someone who is at high risk of contracting Covid-19.
