Grace is so caring, kind, lovely and accommodating. My 12 Year Old German Shepherd FurBaby, Storm, has been unwell and Grace has been able to dial in on Video Call to work on healing his ailments. It was so amazing to hear Grace describe what she expects Storm's behaviour to be and sure enough he reacts as Grace describes. We have hand sanitiser at the ready, all tools used are cleansed between sessions and face musks are used at the clients request.
