Our process starts with you and ends with you - you and your ideas are the most important thing about the design - we are here to help you to realise it. We will draft and sketch ideas and allow you to make changes until you are 100% happy. On final design, we may still allow for amendments and our prices and fees are transparent so you know what you are getting without any surprises.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We prefer to talk with our clients before the project begins, in order to get a good understanding of the requirements. This can be 5 mins or an hour, depending on complexity. We share ideas and ask questions as we go, in real time via WhatsApp. This way, you know exactly what you are getting and when.
