Chris has been my online trainer for the past 5 months and I am so happy that I made the transition over to him. He's the best online personal coach that I've ever had! He's thorough, keeps me accountable and really pushes me. He checks my gym program and meal plan every week and keeps me on track. Chris has a Bachelor degree in food and nutrition so he knows what he's talking about. I have lost 4kg so far and gained muscle mass.
