I was always anxious to reach out and ask for Personal Training. But, when I first contacted Chelsea to ask about the way she does things.
She was so accomodating to my nerves and very helpful with getting me past my fears. I’ve been a client of Chelsea’s for over a year now, and I am so glad I made the plunge. She is incredibly Honest, Optimistic, Thorough and informative. The way she explains exercises and the way to go about them is second to none. She pushes you to your fullest without going over the top like other PT’s do. In the year, she’s never once gotten mad that I didn’t push the last rep or shown a different side besides being the best motivator and personal trainer going around. She’s only ever been supportive on and off the bench. I highly recommend choosing Chelsea if you’re looking for a first and the only PT you will need to help with your fitness goals, she truly is the best.
