You helped develop a package that fit into our tight budget whilst still capturing everything that was important to us. On the day, you were professional and fun. You kept asking us to stop when you knew it was going to be an incredible shot and they truly were! You delivered the photos back in the timeframe you promised and we are over the moon in love with them. What a memory we now hold. Ben and Jesse are incredible. We came across Ben’s photography on Google and were instantly drawn to the richness of his crafted and candid style photos. From the moment of enquiry all the way until the delivery of the photos, Ben has been such a delight to work with. He is professional, kind, easy going and always by the phone willing to answer every question we had. The prompt replies from Ben meant absolutely no stress with all things photography leading up to the wedding. He even recommended and organised our videographer for us! On the day, Ben and Jesse arrived early on site to scope out the location so they were prepared for the huge day ahead. I thought this was super cool and very professional to allocate time beyond the quoted estimate to ensure they were fully prepared. When my Maid of Honour greeted Ben and Jesse with a huge hug and they reciprocated, I immediately felt like family had just walked into the room. I also feel so lucky to have felt so comfortable in front of the camera - this is personally a big deal for me. We were so comfortable purely because of Ben’s easy going nature and willingness to gently guide us into positions when needed. Ben and Jesse’s skills behind a camera are nothing short of exceptional but it’s not just their skill and professionalism that makes them so special - their ability to capture every honest emotion in each image is their real superpower. Ben and Jesse worked so hard throughout the entire day, going above and beyond, connecting with my bridal party, making everyone feel cool, calm and collected, laying in the dirt to get “the perfect shot” and engaging with other vendors when needed - we ended up having a space between the cake cutting and first dance and it was Ben’s idea to play the scavenger hunt game during the reception. Ben made it a seamless “change of plans” by engaging with our MC and DJ and might I say it was the most hilarious and unforgettable game of the entire day. Ben had delivered sneak photos within a couple of days and then within a week we had both Ben and Jesse’s entire Gallery delivered. When we looked at the final images, oh my goodness, they exceeded our expections. The creativity, attention to detail, the depth and emotion. I can’t stop looking at them and I can’t believe they are our wedding photos! We wholeheartedly would recommend Ben and Jesse to anyone who is seeking exceptional photographs, dedication and an experience that I genuinely feel will remain unmatched. It was one of the best investments for our wedding and absolutely worth every cent as we now have these beautiful, timeless photos to cherish forever. We can't thank Ben enough. He honestly went above and beyond for us from the very beginning and we honestly couldn't have asked for any more. He layed in big puddles on the wet ground and everything just to get the perfect shot. And him being a great guy just made it even better.
