Client requested a carpet clean but had several stains all over the apartment and many areas were unaccessible due to furniture not being removed in the apartment. We advised the client upon inspection that to remove stains we would require more time than a standard carpet clean and we are only able to access areas without furniture on. Client opted out of paying more for stain removal. The carpet was fully cleaned in every area accessible and we removed many tough stains including coffee stains and provided photo evidence after the completion of the job. However some stains were very old and required more targeted treatment than the standard procedure. Full communication was outlayed prior to the job and after completion we discussed the stains that were left but client was happy with the overall clean and didnt want to pay any extra.

Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, cleaners have their own equipment and cleaning products, however if you have some special products you want them to use, please let them know.

wear a mask frequently wash hands thoroughly for at least 20 seconds with soap and water,
cover nose and mouth when coughing and sneezing with tissues or a flexed elbow. Wash or sanitise hands and dispose of tissues in a bin immediately.
