Based on our discussions, we develop a tailored design concept that outlines the architectural vision and integrates interior design elements, including mood boards and colour schemes with a clear representation of the layout.
3. Design Presentation:
We present the initial concept to you, gathering feedback and making adjustments to align with your vision before moving forward.
4. Design Development:
We refine the layout, coordinate with all required consultants, finalise the material and finishes selections. Detailed drawings and specifications are also created for the next stages.
5. Approval Process:
We handle all necessary approvals, including Development Applications (DA) and Complying Development Certificates (CDC), ensuring compliance with local regulations and codes for your peace of mind.
6. Tender Documentation:
We prepare comprehensive tender documents to solicit bids from contractors, ensuring you receive competitive pricing and qualified professionals for your project.
7. Construction Certificate (CC):
Once the tender process is complete, we assist you in obtaining the Construction Certificate, so you're ready to move forward with construction.
8. Contract Administration:
During the construction phase, we administer the building contract on your behalf, providing oversight and ensuring that the work aligns with the approved plans. This offers you peace of mind throughout the process.
9. Final Walkthrough:

We provide online or in-person services. We can meet you on site for an initial consultation to discuss your project requirements, and the rest could be done online if preferred.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We transitioned to virtual meetings (Teams, Skype) and consultations whenever possible, minimising the in-person interactions. For essential on-site visits, we strictly adhered to social distancing guidelines, wore personal protective equipment, and sanitised our tools and equipment regularly.
