OUR SERVICES INCLUDE-
Arranging & conducting private inspections or open homes for prospective tenants.
Processing applications for tenancy including checking of all references.
Preparation & execution of lease documentation including the bond lodgement form. Comprehensive entry & exit condition reports including photos.
Rent collection & managing any rental areas daily.
Invoicing of water consumption to tenants quarterly.
3 monthly routine inspections with comprehensive report provide to landlord, via video link and viewable in Property Me Portal.
Organising maintenance repairs & quotes.
Regular follow up with maintenance contractors.
Liaising with the body corporates (if applicable).
Conducting regular rent reviews at lease renewal time.
Preparing monthly statements and financial years summary report for landlords.
Schedule smoke alarm compliance, pool safety compliance and water compliance service and certificate.
Pay Invoices, for council and body corp levies organise getting your Bins etc
