Training with Corey is the best training decision I ever made. I came to him a year ago with massive goals and he didn’t even blink. Just said ABSOLUTELY, LETS GO! I had never before worked with a PT who customised everything specifically to me, my needs, my goals, my routines and my life. What a change it made! I’ve seen massive progression over the last year and hit the training goals I expected would take twice as long to reach. I even had to set new goals. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been! Corey has a great understanding of stress, psychology and how it all links together and effects not only your training, but your overall life.
