I recently transitioned over to a new VOIP system set up by AINS Telecom. I dealt with Steven in Sales initially who provided a clear overview of the process and fees. I then dealt with Humayun regarding the porting process and installation of the phones via a contractor given that we are in Adelaide. Steve was great throughout the whole process! He picked up every call, answered every question I had during the process of getting our phone ordered, and took the time to explain the different options to ensure the setup I chose was what I was looking for.
The aftermarket team also deserves a shoutout. They were attentive during the phone set up process and prompt with making adjustments required to customise the handset settings to our needs.

Great support from AINS Telecom, who did their best to manage very bad NBN Installation experience!
AINS team were outstanding from the beginning to the end, unfortunately same can't be said for the NBN setting up my HFCconnection.
After 2 months and rescheduled bookings, I finally have very fast internet for my shop and its great. I couldnt contact NBN for anything and so thankful AINS team kept me informed throughout the process, they are just the best.
Once NBN was installed, AINS came and installed everything set up the wifi and our new cordless phone. It was so easy, nothing I had to do and no more sharing my mobile around with staff now!

One of my clients has had lots of phone drop out problems since changing to nbn. The ISP and phone company kept blaming each other. After speaking to a few providers I got my client switched over to AINS Telecom. No more drop outs now and the change over was very smooth.
