What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business because I wanted to take full control over my career and destiny. Being my own boss allows me to work flexible hours, build meaningful relationships with my clients, and create an environment where people feel supported and valued. I also wanted the freedom to implement my vision for fitness training, focusing on education, individualised programs, and creating a positive, lasting impact on my clients’ lives.

Yes, I offer both in-person and online training options to suit my clients’ needs. My in-person sessions are conducted at two locations: a gym in Chatswood and my private home training studio in Bateau Bay, Central Coast. For online clients, I provide customised training plans, regular check-ins, and virtual support through video sessions or communication platforms. This flexibility allows clients to stay consistent with their fitness goals regardless of location or schedule constraints.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To prioritise client safety I strictly adhere to safety guidelines, including regular cleaning of equipment, providing hand wipes and sanitisers, and maintaining a safe distance during sessions. For clients preferring remote options, I offer online training, which I am certified to deliver as a health and fitness professional. My goal is to ensure that every client feels safe, supported, and confident in their fitness journey, whether training in person or online.
