What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people come alive, as they get revelations about themselves, their purpose and all the possibilities for their life and work.
Coming from a community development background, I care about seeing people empowered to thrive (not just survive) in meaningful pursuits. My aim is to set up my clients so they no longer need me. I effectively want to do myself out of a job!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I feel called to champion people in embodying their true identity, so they can flourish relationally and positively impact the world.
After heading up a culture-shaping organisation for 15 years, I decided to leverage my experience and wisdom to empower purpose driven people to become more effective in their roles. This amplifies their impact, turning them into leaders in their fields.
I'm doing my part to raise up a generation of strategic, impactful, servant-hearted leaders who will do their part to make the world a better place.

I'm an Internationally Certified Results Coach with over 20 years of coaching and mentoring experience. I specialise in empowering purpose driven people and leaders (including teaching them strategic thinking, healthy mindsets, communication skills and habit formation techniques).
This is backed up by a rare mix of hard and soft skills (including 4 degrees and , spanning:
- the business world (professionalism, business strategy and corporate culture),
- social work and community development (empathy, understanding how humans think and relate, good mental health)
- arts and culture (confidence, presentation skills, communication and audience interactions).

Group coaching is only available online, in order to maximise accessibility for participants.
Workshops are a mix of online and in person, depending on the event.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Your welfare is of utmost importance to me. I'm very happy to meet online, or on the phone if you would prefer. If in person, I choose my venues to cater for accessibility, lighting, fresh air and a comfortable level of ambient sound. If you have any preferences, please feel free to ask and I'll do my best to accommodate your needs.
