I am a 29 year old 6' 4" guy who started this program (Training and Nutrition) at 222 pounds. I have never had a nutritionist or serious trainer and had never really explored the options that were out there. I was approached by Kyle after wanting to make a change and was immediately impressed by his demeanor and professionalism without being pushy or annoying, anyone who has requested information like this knows what I am talking about.

Kyle put me on the right track to lose weight in a sustainable fashion without the need for fad diets, bulls*** "superfoods", cutting out favorite foods or anything like that. The fat started to fall off without losing muscle mass nor me ever feeling hungry as can be the case with other diets.

Over the three month program I went from a flabby 222 to a much leaner 208. Abs were visible for the first time since I was 18 (11 years ago, where did the time go?), my strength improved and my knowledge about how to properly fuel my body expanded dramatically. This factor, I believe, will the most long lasting aspect that EVERYONE can stand to benefit from.

Used HypertroFit for the three month program Kyle has and it worked great. Helped me get closer to my goal and definitely learned great things along the way. First time using a personal trainer of any sort but Kyle makes it easy and is there for any questions you have. My biggest issue was the nutrition portion as that is something I have never done. But every time I was struggling with something Kyle was more than helpful. Just like any workout program you only get out what you put in. And while I was putting in the work the results kept coming. Some weeks I slacked off and it showed. But no worries Kyle is always good about getting you back on track. Using the TrueCoach app for the workouts are also super user friendly so if you ever don’t know how to do a work out, it’s easy to figure that out. It's brings great concern when your partner who you've been with for 3 years starts acting different, staying out late than he used to, texting frequently even though he's a terrible texter even taking calls in private, I'd have to be stupid to not suspect anything right? But I endured it all still. When I decided to take action was when at a weekend hangout with family he came to me saying he had to go make a quick run for his boss and would be back in a few hours, I had went to bed the next day before he got back that night so the next day I sought a tech expert who'd help me find out who he was always talking to, I found cloud and gave him the job and he came through with results. i saw all his mails,Whatsapp,Email,Gps,Snapchat,instagram,facebook,kik,hangout,viber And Any Other Social Media Accounts, saw his deleted messages, and monitor voice call from my phone without touching his.Apparently my husband was just being busy and text history made me understand that they were slacking on sales and had to put extra effort, I just wished he had told me that was it instead of letting me worry, regardless kudos to cloudbase for saving my relationship. Nutrition is everything. The foundation of any health or fitness goal stems from nutrition. The majority of your effort should be focused here to make progress as quickly as possible and then maintain a healthy lifestyle.

We take on clients for 3 months or longer and begin by mapping out the entire process we will need to go through to get you from where you are now, to your end goal. We then remove each obstacle standing in your way, the first one being food. We build a nutrient-dense meal plan, using foods you actually enjoy eating (we can even purchase it for you so there is nothing to think about). From there, we build out a custom training program that minimizes the time you spend in the gym while maximizing the results you see from it through High-Intensity Intentional Training. And I’ll be holding your hand through the entire process by staying in constant communication through weekly check-in emails, twice-weekly group video calls, and a private forum for addressing any questions or concerns that arise through the process. I expect to see noticeable changes in your measurements and appearance within the first 20-25 days.

Eating food that you enjoy, that you can digest well, and that suits your body's nutritional needs. Couple this with movement, regular resistance training, and consistency and you have a very simple recipe for massive success.

Being able to work with people from around the country with wide-ranging goals has allowed me to learn so much. Getting to know my clients and really becoming not only a coach, but a mentor and a friend to them is incredibly rewarding. But the best part is the transformations I get to see. I started as a personal trainer in a big box gym. I was able to meet and train some incredible people, some of whom still work with me years and years later. But I eventually filled my schedule completely and became limited in how many people I could help.
