After catering our last 3 family Christmas parties, and being very unsatisfied with the food, I decided to look into a new catering service. I came across Smoky Flavors and decided to give them a try. After reviewing the menu and speaking with Sharon, I settled upon the Deep Fried Creole Infused Turkey, the Deep Fried Tuscan Herbed Chicken, and the Bourbon-Molasses Infused Smoked Ham. Even though it snowed on the day of our event, the food was delivered nice and hot and on time. For the first time in 3 years I was completely satisfied with the food. The Turkey was perfectly seasoned and juicy, the fried chicken was full of flavor and tender, and the ham was delicious. I will definitely be using Smoky Flavors to cater our next Christmas party and any future events. On an amusing note, my 15 year old daughter keeps asking me if I can order the ham any time or does she have to wait for a family event to take place?!!
