In case anyone was wondering; the owner still has not made any attempts to make this right despite multiple attempts from my end.
I did just see that FB now allows for photos to be posted to reviews so I have attached those here.
Due to being uncooperative, I'm in the midst of preparing more serious legal action against this company and the owner. The longer this goes on, the more serious the matter gets. All I wanted from the start was for to be paid what I was contractually owed and earned.
In my opinion, I would seriously consider looking elsewhere when it comes to an agency marketing your business because of the questionable ethics and morals I have personally experienced as an employee behind closed doors.
UPDATE (11.15.23 - 2 months after original post):
It seems the owner decided to hide all the comments and get the review removed so others can’t see why there was a negative review to begin with. If FB allowed screenshots to be posted, believe me, I would post them.
Strazanac Solutions has neglected to pay me in full for my services provided and logged an illegitimate “check” that I never received. The company also has not been able to provide proof this "check" being cut, sent, cashed, or the money leaving their bank account, even after personally requesting this documentation several times since departing ways. So now I’m out even more come tax season because of this false income reporting on behalf of the company.
It’s been 2 months since the OG review, 9 months since parting ways with the company (after the owner also asked to cut my pay in half but keep a FT workload - which I respectfully declined) and the company’s owner has still neglected to attempt to make this situation right. I’m assuming that the owner is hoping I’ll just forget about this to avoid paying me what’s rightfully owed.
I’m not going away until the situation is made right.

My personal opinion - The owner can be very difficult to work and lacks accountability for even the most minor situations. But, best thing about Strazanac Solutions are her contractors. From my perception, they seem do all the work behind the scenes while the owner puts on a show for her clients on the front-end.
From my point-of-view, her biggest issue is that she does not pay her contractors on time or consistently. I basically felt like I was being gaslit into thinking it was my banks fault (or [insert whatever other excuses here]) whenever I would ask why my paycheck was late. Come to find out I can see when the payments were submitted on the pay system. I can also personally attest to the fact that the owner basically asked to cut some contractors' pay in half while they keep the same workload and asked people to keep secrets from each other - which is always sketchy.
Additionally, in my opinion, the quality of work for her clients seems to have decreased drastically just in the last 4-6 months, possibly longer.
Personally, if I were looking for a marketing agency, I would invest in a business that gets you great results, while also treating the people working for them with respect and are reliable when it comes to other people's livelihood -even when clients aren't watching.
