It was horrible he still 1700 dollars of my money and every Tim I talked to him it cost 60 an hour and every time I called him he wanted another 500 each time and he lied so much

Response letter from Residential Draftsman Service, I did work for this client, Anthony Marion, he did sign my standard hourly contract which does state that I charge $60 an hour for my time. During the designing process, this client made 32 changes to the plans in 7 days to the plan from 12-10-20 to 12-18-20. He did call me 18 times during the designing process sometimes after 10 PM and most of the time he would talk to me 30 minutes to an hour at a time. He just could not decide how he wanted his house built. I had to make changes to his plans over and over. I told him numerous times that his hourly charges are adding up, but he kept making changes. When he wanted me to keep working on his plans for free that is when he decided to cancel our hourly contract. I did tell him I hope he finds a draftsman to complete his plans.

They provide a Consulting Services, I paid them $30 for 30 minutes of consulting. I had lots of questions and they provided all the answers. We hired Residential Drafting Service to come up with a plan for our dilapidated commercial building. He gave us a design and blueprints to change it into a modern office. He designed it so it could be divided into a two unit rental space or a large one unit office.
