How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We listen to what they are seeking/ they Creole or Cajun feel. We also bring Mardi Gras Beads pending on the occasion
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the look on people faces, when they taste the food and turn around and look back at the truck and smile, especially those from the Louisiana and Missippi ara that are here in the DFW area. They know good authentic Gumbo when they taste it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
People, kept asking me at my home and other places where is your restaurant, why dont you open your own restaruant, this is the best gumbo I have had in years.

Because I am authentic, accent, food and I listen to my customer to make sure it is the perfect dish for my new customers who have never tried Gumbo and for customers who love the flavor or New Orleans.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Gloves worn at all times, mask when inside of buildings, we have the cleaning solutions for customers hands and for our hands as we are serving our customes.
