About

Level Nine Architects (Level 9) is a Philadelphia-based firm with a practice spanning from retrofits of existing buildings to the complete planning and design of new neighborhoods and public spaces. Level 9 works with both residential and commercial projects, managing site planning and permitting, project design, materials for branding, and architectural visualizations. While our work is aesthetically diverse, our projects are linked by a focus on enhancing human relationships through architecture.

From concept design and branding to floorplan and 3D modeling development, we partner with clients at every stage to build projects that meet their personal needs. Our belief in the power of relationship is what drives our designs and our work, which is one of the reasons why 50% of our current clients have partnered with us on a previous project. We strive to be our clients’ trusted advisor—seeking first to listen and understand and then constructing solutions.
