I HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH MY CLIENTS DISCUSS BUDGET, LIKES AND DISLIKES, GUESTS AND THEME AND THEN I GO ABOUT MY DAY AND MAKE PERSONALIZED TO THE CLIENT AND EVENT. NO COOKIE CUTTER MENU HERE.

HAVING EVERYBODY QUIET AND EATING AND ASKING FOR SECONDS.
What inspired you to start your own business?
MY GRANDMOTHER WAS MY INSPIRATION. AND AN UNEXPECTED TRAGIC INCIDENT WITH MY MOTHER FORCED ME TO QUIT WORKING FOR A COMPANY AND USE MY TALENTS TO FEED THE MASSES.
