I was ordering birthday flowers for my mom in the midst of the Valentine's Day flower rush. The online ordering was easy and let me see exactly what my options were, and add comments to the order. Ordered flowers for a friend's birthday via their website and it was the easiest process ever!Got my email confirmation shortly thereafter and awaited the day where my friend could get her flowers. I called the shop on that same day, they answered and confirmed my order. They were even able to accommodate an earlier delivery time.They texted me with a photo, asking if the flowers looked all right. After I confirmed the flowers via text, they were delivered. I would give this business 10 stars if I could. I live in New Mexico and was calling to purchase a get well arrangement for a recovering relative. After  talking to 2 florist who couldn't even provide basic services I call Bloomsters. Lizette helped me and and responded to everything I asked with yes we can.  I was able to get next day delivery, a photo of the arrangement before delivery and affordable price options. The final arrangement was a work of art. Bloomsters should be your 1st choice for floral needs. I am thrilled with Bloomster's.  I sent flowers to my daughter at her work place for her birthday.  I ordered flowers, balloons, and a card.   My daughter sent a photo and the flowers were beautiful.   The balloons definitely added a festive touch.  What I liked about Bloomster's is that they sent out a notice when the flowers went out for delivery, and then when they were delivered!It was also easy to use their website to pick out flowers and other extras- couldn't have been easier, smoother or more efficient. Blomster's always delivers! Ordering is easy, whether by phone or online. They have a beautiful selection of flowers and plants to choose from and I have had the opportunity to see a number of arrangements after they were delivered. The bouquets always exceeded my expectations! Yesterday I ordered online and accidently entered the wrong delivery address. I am so grateful that my husband and I found Bloomsters. They were so creative, informative, and helpful from start to finish. From the beginning we told them our budget and they were flexible with what they could do with our price range.Kren was so creative from the start on what ideas he had for our backyard wedding. At first our wedding was going to be at a venue but due to Covid we decided to have a wedding at my parent's backyard and Bloomsters was flexible with the many different changes that came along the way. I was worried that our wedding wasn't going to look as nice being at my parents backyard, but Bloomsters blew my husband, myself, and even my hard to please parents away. They exceeded our expectations, and I have very high expectations! They made an entranceway to our backyard to look like the School of Hogwarts (our wedding theme was a whimsical moody Halloween wedding) and all the florals were amazing! I purchased flowers based on a photo on their website to send to a friend who was ill.  The flowers were not as described, looked like something I could purchase from Trader Joes or pick from my yard and stuff into a vase.  Very disappointed.  I contacted the company and was told they would speak with the designer and get back to me.  They did offer to pick up the flowers and deliver a new arrangement, that would not work as I did not want to disturb my sick friend.  I will not purchase from this florist again.  Never a follow up. I live in the Central Valley and needed a florist within my Aunt's delivery area in the Bay area. I came to Yelp to see who the top florists were and Bloomsters was #1. Yelp has yet to let me down so I took a look at their site. Beautiful arrangements and prices are reasonable. You could pay the same price if not more on those web based flower delivery sites and be disappointed. I had chosen the wrong delivery date when I placed my online order but was able to speak with someone at the shop to correct it.  My Aunt was very happy and pleased with her birthday floral arrangement. The best florist I've ever used. If you are looking for a high quality florist to prepare & deliver the best flowers and arrangements, I recommend Bloomster's hands down. Other florists may be less expensive, but their  flowers and arrangements are typically of mediocre quality and disappointing.
