Any advice I can give to a new breast-feeding mom would be to immediately check out Avery’s lactation station! I have tried every supplement on the market prior to finding Avery’s. With my first order I was so impressed!! Her treats and drinks work in increasing milk supply! Not only did I notice a boost in my overall milk production, my milk quality also improved. My milk was noticeably fatter and my baby was more satisfied after nursing! Avery’s lactation station saved my breastfeeding journey. We started off with an undiagnosed oral tie and extremely low supply. If I didn’t find Avery’s, I would not still be successfully nursing my son today at 6 months! My supply started dwindling in July and completely tanked in August from stress. It is now November and I am still able to breastfeed thanks to these drinks and treats! I'm so grateful I did not have to start supplementing and can continue to nourish my baby! The drinks help me maintain my supply and adding the treats gives me an extra boost. You’ll always find me recommending a lactation momma to ALS! The edible batter is top tier, although the drinks do not help me with lactation increase I am able to stay extremely hydrated drinking them and water. I really wanted to like my drink mix, but my LO and I had a bad reaction to it. I drank one 8 oz drink with a tablespoon (assuming it was suppose to be 1 tablespoon of mix because my flavor wasn’t listed on the QR code link of instructions - majority of the other mixes were that amount) of powder in coconut milk a day - for one week. Within the first few days I noticed I was having A LOT of gas and my bowel movements weren’t the same. Then my LO started having similar issues, except her gas was WAY WORSE! She’d wake up in the middle of night wiggling, back arching and crying in pain from her gas. She was extra fussy during the day because she wasn’t having normal bowel movements as well. We both are really regular and I knew immediately it was the drink mix - that was the only thing new in my diet. Thankfully once I stopped drinking the drink our bowels returned to normal in a few days. Disappointed there isn’t a list of ingredients anywhere on the packaging or on her page that I could find, so I could try and figure out which ingredient was causing our issues. I’m also lactose intolerant and know it wasn’t the coconut milk. Now I’ve wasted $60+ on something I’m too afraid to drink again. Did it help my supply? Not sure! Dee’s lactation goodies are the best I have ever had! Sooooo worth it. They say you see results in 2 days but let me tell you, I started to see results right away. Her treats are addictive. Ordered her mystery brownie dry mix and I can’t stop eating them (golden butterscotch brownies is what I got). Also, blue colada drink mix 🤤 The muffins weren’t my cup of tea, maybe it was the flavor I got in the sampler pack, but that’s personal preference. The cookies are also delicious. I tried a few other lactation companies before trying ALS. The first thing I tried was the coffee. Y’all… that coffee is better than any drip coffee I’ve ever had! ! I can’t begin to say enough amazing things about Avery’s lactation station. I found this wonderful mom owned and operated small business when my oversupply suddenly left me not making enough to feed my baby. Desperate I tried it all; munchkin milk makers, boobie bakery, lactation teas, you name it I probably tried it. Cue Avery’s lactation station. I have been back to work since my son was 2 months old and due to tongue and lip ties my breastfeeding journey has been complicated and I have had trouble maintaining my supply. I've tried Boobie bakery, Cookies then milk, and Avery's Lactation Station. I am fuller and don't have to eat as many treats with ALS. Plus the other ones require that I do something, like bake or microwave for the most part. (They are just now adding pre-baked). ALS not only has pre-baked but also has the convenience of options (cookies, trail mix, brownies, blondies, etc.) I've had over 20 different treats from ALS and I'm very satisfied. The owner Dee, is honest and will make things right if you ever unsatisfied for any reason and that speaks the most volumes and makes me order even more items from her. I recently found ALS from another mommy group. Based on the reviews and how yummy the products looked, I knew I had to give it try since I was only producing "just enough" for my 1st son.
