I break things down into manageable goals. I don't have a 'no pain, no gain' philosophy, rather I am passionate about helping average ordinary people make healthy and sustainable change over time. I offer person-centered and individual based coaching services.

What do you love most about your job?
I love working with real people who are just trying to live their lives, who are confused about fad diets and all of the unhelpful nutrition and exercise information out there, particularly as it relates to weight loss.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoy working for myself and I enjoy seeking out clients who are the right fit for my model.

I work with clients exclusively online using the Zoom platform. I've helped clients all across Canada as well as in a few other countries.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
By providing online services only, I do not come into contact with clients in a physical space and therefore keep everyone safe from contract Covid 19.
Weight Loss
I help clients with their weight loss goals in conjunction with other healthy lifestyle strategies
Nutrition
I help clients who are aiming for optimal health for any stage of life by empowering them with knowledge and tools for healthy eating for life.
Exercise
I develop exercise plans and coach clients through executing them. I also offer accountability services so that they stay focused and get their workouts in each week. I also help track and progess exercise so that my clients can see the progress they've made and ultimately achieve their goals.
I work with clients from the very young to the retired and wanting to stay young at heart and young in body. ;)
Accountability
The best plans can be laid out (and I can make them for you) but where I find my clients really succeed is with my accountability services each week.
Food Sensitivities
I offer nutrition help and support regarding food sensitiveness and eating to influence disease.
Health Coaching
Sometimes my clients are struggling with disease and they want some help navigating alternative therapies and would like help advocating for their best health.
I use the three tools in my tool kit first:
1. Nutrition
2. Exercise
3. Healthy Lifestyle strategies (ie. stress reduction)
and then I help them search for professionals from many backgrounds who can help take them further on their health journey.
My clients find it really helpful to to have someone in their corner who is helping them navigate finding good help and good support.
