ITS NOT ALL DOOM AND GLOOM BUT ALSO SUNSHINE IN RELATION TO SKYLER CONSTRUCTION AND MARCUS NAIDOO This is my second post in relation to the one of 31 May. It is usually when emotions are high that one tends to focus only on negative points which is not in many ways the full picture. The first time I met with Marcus from Skyler Construction was in relation to my building project. Since Marcus had building knowledge and experience, I sort his advice and assistance with an underpinning project for 2 log cabins on my property. My property is built on clay ground which can pose its challenges. Both cabins are built on stilts and has been slowly sinking because of the moving soil. Despite reaching out to other contacts in the building and cabin industry no one was prepared to assist. Marcus was my mom’s and I saving grace in this regard. From when he first assessed the situation to completion it was truly an enjoyable experience. From the onset, Marcus came across as someone that is approachable, friendly, willing to listen, accommodating and provide sound advice. He made time to first test the quality of the soil prior to coming up with a proper underpinning plan for the project. From start to finish I can truly and honestly say I was impressed. From communication, to providing the plan, timelines for completion, to the ordering of the required materials, to the team that performed the job and clean-up post completion. Marcus and team put our sleepless nights behind us. I would also like to add that since my post of 31 May, Marcus and I have been in contact, and I can confirm that the matter has been amicably resolved. My intention was not to harm the reputation of Skyler Construction in any way, and I would also like to take this opportunity in wishing Marcus the best of luck in future endeavors.

I have recently had one of the absolute best service providers do some work at my place. Kelvin, director of Citadellah Property Pty Ltd, is hands -on which results in his employees doing great work.
