Many people are afraid of the gym, and that’s perfectly understandable. The gym can be an intimidating place to anyone, new or experienced, especially if you aren’t confident in the workout you are doing. I started my career as a personal trainer learning better ways to train myself, but in the process fell in love with teaching others and seeing their confidence in the gym grow.

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet is extremely important to a person's health. I prefer to use the term nutrition opposed to diet, because "diet" has gained a negative reputation, of giving up your favorite foods and starving yourself for a few weeks before returning to normal. My goal is to help my clients change their nutrition in a way that works for them, that they enjoy, in a way that they can adapt long-term for life long health improvements.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help my clients achieve their goals mainly by helping them get active in the gym and learn the proper ways to workout. However, as many people have figured out the hard way, nutrition is a huge part in achieving fitness goals and I can help guide my clients toward a healthier life by improving their nutrition.

Yes; I use an app called Everfit for all of my clients. It's a very intuitive app where you can track your progress, goals, nutrition, and even walks you through your workout in real time as you're crushing your goals. I offer support through the app, email, or text any time of day, and personally respond to everyone.
