I started training with USD in March 2016.Already I’ve picked up a lot and as a result, my awareness has improved loads. When people ask me what I’m learning I say it’s like no-frills Mixed Martial Arts (direct, straight to the point) Although Neil does also show a passive option.Because I was so impressed I got my 11-year-old son involved who loves it and is coming on really well.Neil teaches very well and includes the respect needed for one and another. I started training with Neil in May 2015. I brought some limited Wing Chun and boxing experience but had no ground game at all.
Since I started my abilities have improved more than I expected. Ive learnt a lot so far but Neil teaches in such a way that at no point does it become boring or repetitive.
Regardless of ability I would highly recommend training with Neil. He brings tonnes of experience and his style of training also makes it enjoyable which in my opinion, it should be.
