How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I find out what it is they are looking to achieve and get a specific number, wether it is weight loss, weight gain or strength or even training for a marothon and I build a plan around it. I'll break it down into monthly goals, weekly goals to daily goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Nutrition, resistance training, HITT training, time and consistency.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people to understand the simplicity of nutrition and exercise.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My passion for fitness and nutrition which stemmed from being over weight as a child.
