Initially sceptical I joined the wife for a few sessions with Justin. I found him both personable and knowledgeable. His advice has really helped in my London marathon training plan. Never thought I would be hauling my arse at 8 mins per mile. Top marks for his system! More...

I find out what it is they are looking to achieve and get a specific number, wether it is weight loss, weight gain or strength or even training for a marothon and I build a plan around it. I'll break it down into monthly goals, weekly goals to daily goals.

Nutrition, resistance training, HITT training, time and consistency.

Helping people to understand the simplicity of nutrition and exercise.

My passion for fitness and nutrition which stemmed from being over weight as a child.

Because I care, understand and can get results. My Philosophy is to get people to take control of the their own fitness, nutrition and health which in return will help them to feel more confident whilst decreasing their chances of many common diseases.
