About

After a long time running my own business in hospitality I decided to get into shape, eat right and increase my quality of life.

I was 120kilos (25kilos) more than I needed to be....however through eating properly, training regularly and the right mindset/will power I shed my weight and am now an experienced marathon runner and tri-athlete.

I believe that anything is achievable with the right help and support and there is no reason why we can’t have some FUN along the journey.

All equipment is appropriately sanitised between clients alongside observing social distancing. All fitness routines Are designed so that the client is self-sufficient within their own space so that we can train safely.
