After working in conventional gyms as a PT I wasn’t able to give people the service I felt they were entitled to!

I only provide online services now through my app but if we are located in the same area in person can be an option

Remote training. They have the freedom to pick if they want their program to be designed for at home, at the gym or anywhere else!!
