I met Ivan through the classes he teaches at the gym. Not only these are challenging and dynamic, but Ivan himself is very engaging. A great thing about himself is that he will perform all the exercises with the class, unlike other trainers. For these reasons I decided he would be a great personal trainer and I can assure you, he is excellent. He is well qualified and experienced, also friendly and will make you feel comfortable around himself and the gym. Hes the best personal trainer ever! He is motivating on a way no one else can. Hes there for his clients and has always a open ear. If you have problems he will take as much time as possible until you find a solution. I hate sport but with him it was so fun! By first identifying what their fitness goals are, assessing current level, checking body mechanics, seeing how they load their muscles, then creating a work programme to put their muscles under the correct type of stress to shape their body into what they desire.

Boxing training
Whether its for self defence, fun, or a creative way to lose weight. This would include lessons on how to box, pad work, co-ordination drills, power punching, conditioning and depending on the clients goal, eventually sparring.
Sessions last 60 or 90 minutes.
