I've been training with Ryan for over a year, but due to multiple lockdowns, I will say the continuous training period can be counted from last April. When I started with him, I never ever had any experience going to a gym or doing exercises. Ryan is really experienced and knowledgeable. He helped me to understand how the ideal exercise performance should be, what exercises are essential for me to achieve my goal, and what are my nutritional requirements. He is really friendly and supportive as well as flexible with session times as per my circumstances.
