Can I just say how disappointed I am. Turned up at 3.45 the others turned up at 4pm to be told we only had one hour as you closed at 5pm. In the above message I asked if there was a time limit and you responded no time limit licensed from 12-9pm. This gave me the impression you were open until then. The lady I spoke to on the day explained this was for private hire and needed to be booked in advance. We were then seated and asked if we wanted tea or coffee as they were goin to switch the machine off. As it was a hot day we all had cold drinks. We then asked why there was cakes missing from the platter to be told we had to share. The single portion had both a cake and carrot cake so did the vegetatarian stand. The share ones only had one of each. Left feeling very disappointed and not a good way to celebrate a special birthday. More...
