Reaching physical goals isn't just physical it is also very psychological, therefore I am make sure every client is supported both physically and psychologically. I employ tactics that I know will help to keep my clients stay accountable with all aspects of their fitness/health journey. I believe a personal trainer is not just someone who should put you through workouts and give you advice on nutrition, a personal trainer should be someone you trust and someone who supports every aspect of this journey because essentially you are on it together.

There is no real secret or magic pill to getting your dream body, but staying accountable and disciplined will get you to those goals. Dreams and goals can not be handed to you they have to be worked for as we all know, this can be hard sometimes but I promise as a personal trainer and as a person to always give my clients the support they need and more.

What I love most about my job is helping people achieve their goals. The joy and fulfilment I feel when a client achieves their goals whether that be the small ones or the big ones all are the same, that is the most incredible feeling. As an individual I am quite sociable, confident and motivated so I love to interact with people, I aim to make all my clients feel as welcomed and supported as possible.

I have been in the fitness industry since I was 16 years old. When I first started as a trainer I was working at a 24 hour gym back in Australia (if you didn't know I am Australian) I had the best employers I could have asked for they mentored me through my whole journey and still continue to support me. When they were both young they went out on their own and did what I have always wanted to do, make a difference in people's lives. They always told me I could do what ever I put my mind to and passion for my work and my passion for helping people show through my work. So I guess I could say my mentors where a massive influence to me going out on my own but I also wanted to see what I could do on my own and how many lives I can influence.

Why should you choose me? I don't use crazy methods to help people achieve their goals I just give them the raw truth, the support and the motivation they need to stay consistent. I prefer to use the functional and fundaments of exercise then to use the latest fad. As a trainer and being a young one I am continuously evolving from the research I do, the courses I attend and the people I work with. I believe as a trainer it is so important to always be educated on whats new within the fitness industry as it is ever evolving, but honestly the basics of fictional fitness and the fundamentals of exercise is what will essential make us better at life and get us to our goals.

Services

A one on one personal training session with me will involve functional fitness and the fundaments of exercise to help people achieve their goals and be better at life. These one on one sessions are an hour long and it will cover all aspects of a solid, well structured a session. Not only will the one on one clients get these sessions but they can always expect 100% support on all aspects of the journey. All clients can expect nutritional advice but only the advice I am qualified to give.
