How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Every person is an individual, with their own particular strengths and weaknesses, I keep this fully in mind as I devise your own unique fitness programme. Starting with a comprehensive initial assessment consisting of body composition, functional movement screening, lifestyle, nutritional advice and postural assessment. As we go forward with your training regular feedback and re-testing will ensure you are heading in the right direction to achieve your goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Having an end goal, you must have a target to aim for. We'll discuss this and break it down into achievable sections but always with the end goal in sight. Planning, motivation and dedication are all essential. I'll supply you with the technical and practical knowledge and inspiration to help you succeed, all I ask in return is a full commitment from you to see it through .
What do you love most about your job?
Health and Fitness has been an inspired choice for me as a career, as I have met amazing people from all different backgrounds and feel privileged to help them realise their full potential. Seeing clients adopt life changing choices, allowing them to look good and feel great about themselves is more than a career for me, it is my passion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I felt I needed to put my own stamp on the way I approach clients health and fitness regimes, as I believe in training the full person, not just their body parts, and just as importantly I believe in helping you create the right mental attitude to your training routine, so it becomes enjoyable, motivational and inspirational.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have worked with hundreds of clients from all walks of life, including all ages, genders, fitness ability and motivation levels. This has included clients looking for fat loss, strength training, muscle tone, posture improvement etc I have specialised in exercise referral including clients with diabetes, hypertension, cancer and biomechanics which has included working with elite athletes (gold medal winning paralympians and world title fighting boxers) rehabilitation of spinal and brain injured clients. I have a proven track record of results, delivered in a professional, non judgemental way and I feel sure I can help you reach your goals to become the confident , healthy, positive person you truly are, and ensure you adopt the lifestyle changes to stay that way.
